WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit, step by step.
Before you arrive
Complete the new patient forms at home so your first appointment is spent on your teeth instead of a clipboard. Bring your insurance card and a list of any medications.
Arrival
You will be greeted by name. If it has been a long time since your last visit, say so at the desk. It changes how we pace the appointment, and it is far more common than you think.
Imaging and exam
We take the imaging your case actually requires, then perform a full exam covering teeth, gums, bite, joints and soft tissue.
The conversation
You see the images. We walk through what we found, what needs attention now, what can wait and what it will cost. Nothing is scheduled that you have not agreed to.
The plan
You leave with a written treatment plan and, if you want it, a phased schedule that spreads treatment over time.

Filling out our new patient forms in advance saves real time at your first visit and gives you a chance to read our policies without someone waiting on you. Print them, complete them and bring them with you.

INSURANCE AND PAYMENT
Insurance, plainly explained.
We work with most major PPO plans and we file your claims for you. Before your first appointment we will verify your specific benefits, so you know your coverage before you sit in the chair rather than after.
We are committed to care that is both high quality and affordable. If a treatment plan is larger than what you want to handle at once, tell us. We will phase it by clinical priority so the urgent work happens first and the rest follows on a schedule that works for you.
